The Knowdell™ Career Advisor training (KCA) is a 2-day workshop targeted at staff in organizations who are required to offer basic career advice to their clients/students/customers in Asia.
The KCA training is appropriate for Educators (teachers in schools, lecturers in higher educational institutions, etc), Human Resource practitioners, Social Service officers, SkillsFuture advisors and officers, industry mentors from different industrial sectors, grassroots volunteers, and individuals who want to receive training to offer basic career advice in addition to their primary role.
This training equips participants with the skills of providing career advice on career transitions as a result of job disruptions, or students within a school or educational institution.

Participants of this 2-day workshop will be able to perform the following tasks:
Coach employees for career progression in the organization.
Define learning and development needs based on business and staff capability needs.
Manage the performance of teams by helping individuals to set career objectives and periodically review and assess performance reports.

Programs are taught in Asia, Australia, & New Zealand by skilled trained facilitators who understand the local culture and its history. The local facilitator customizes segments of the curriculum to ensure relevancy and appropriateness for attendees.

Individuals who complete the Career Coach Workshop receive The Knowdell Career Advisor (KCA) credential.
This program is approved for 14 hours from Continuing Coach Education (CCE). These hours can be used toward the renewal requirements of an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential.
